The numbers

The price guide: ranges, not riddles

Every figure below is an indicative range in US dollars with the Saudi riyal beside it. The firm quote follows a free 3D layout and replaces the range with a number.

One full glass wall with the door is the base, and the heater shown is for that base. A second glass wall and larger panes move the price inside the range and the heater up a step (about 12 kW for four seats, 16 for six: see glass saunas in desert heat). From 8 kW up the supply is three-phase. Cedar and thermo-aspen cost the same.

Cold plunge pools and pairs, built in

SystemWhat it isUSDSAR
Round plunge poolØ 1.4 m, mosaic, flush, about 1,100 L$16.7–28kSAR 63–105k
Square plunge pool1.2 × 1.2 m, travertine seat edge, about 1,100 L$17.7–30kSAR 66–113k
Hot and cold pairwarm 1.6 × 1.2 m plus cold 1.2 × 1.2 m on one plant$27.7–48kSAR 104–180k

The pool ranges include the lining and finish, steps, circulation, filtration, the chiller that the nominal table gives for 1,100 L of cold water (a 4 HP machine, $6.7–10k of each range) and its commissioning. The chiller stays out of sight; only a small display shows at the rim.

Hot tubs, hammam steam rooms and the portable tub

Built-in hot tub with hydromassagetiled or mosaic in the floor, or a drop-in acrylic shell; 2–6 people at 36–38 °C$9–29kSAR 34–109k
Hammam steam roomtiled or mosaic, 2–8 people at 43–48 °C, generator 6–15 kW$7.2–26.5kSAR 27–99k
Wooden hot tub (private homes)thermo-ash staves, white liner, 1,000–1,800 L at 37–39 °C, electric heater$4.8–13kSAR 18–49k
Inflatable ice bath, tub and liddrop-stitch, 300–450 L$0.6–1.7kSAR 2.3–6.4k
Inflatable ice bath with 1 HP chiller and set-upthe same tub held at 3–5 °C$3.7–5.9kSAR 14–22k

The hot tub, the hammam and the heated timber tub are warm-water or steam systems and have no row in the suite builder, which prices cold sides; the inflatable tub does, with its chiller sized by the builder. The civil shell of a tiled hot tub or a hammam is built by your contractor to our drawing and is outside these ranges.

Chillers, sold with a pool or a tub

4 HPup to 1,200 Labout 3.6 kW$6.7–10kSAR 25–38k

A built-in pool's range above already includes its chiller; a tub's does not (see the second column of the tub table). The nominal size is the minimum: for outdoor installations in Gulf summers the project engineer adds a margin, shade or a lid and states the result in the layout.

How to read the ranges

Indicative, as of October 2026. They cover equipment, basic installation and an allowance for freight to the Gulf and for heat-rated chillers. They leave out civil and structural work, connections to the building, permits, customs duties and VAT, and hoisting. Site, finish and freight route move the figure inside or outside the range; the quote states each of them.

Payment: 40, 40, 20

40% when you sign, which places the order in the production queue; 40% when production is complete, with photographs before shipping; 20% after installation and a signed temperature test. We never ask for the whole amount up front.

Why a range and not a fixed price?

Because access, power, finish and the freight route move the number. A range steers the decision; the free 3D layout replaces it with a figure.

What is the cheapest way in?

A compact free-standing ice bath with its chiller, from about $5.7–8.2k, or a 1-seat cabin from $6.2–8.4k. A built-in plunge pool starts at $16.7–28k.

Do you quote in other currencies?

Ranges are in US dollars with the Saudi riyal beside them. Quotes in Qatari riyal, Kuwaiti dinar, Bahraini dinar or Omani rial are issued on request.

Can a corporate buyer stage the payments?

The 40/40/20 sequence is standard. Phased builds can be split into stages with their own deposits; ask when you send the plan.
