Project profiles
Three profiles of typical briefs, labelled for what they are
No Gulf project is shown on this site yet, and no client is named. These profiles are composites of the briefs we expect from hotels, clubs and villa owners, with the decisions and the numbers they produce. Each will be replaced by a real project as soon as one can be shown.

- The profile line at the top of each specification says in plain words that the case is an illustrative composite.
- The scope lists the equipment, the connected load and the programme in weeks and days, from the same tables as the rest of the site.
- The budget is an indicative range in US dollars with Saudi riyals beside it, built from the price guide; it is not a quote.
- The catch names the single constraint that shapes the design: salt air, an evening peak or a neighbour's window.
The profiles use the same price tables and sizing rules as the suite builder. Nothing in them is a claim about a named place or a past client.

One message starts the layout
Send a plan or three photographs of the space and say who will use it. The project desk answers with questions first, then a 3D layout and an indicative range.
