The workshop
Timber, glass and refrigeration, made by one team and drawn as one object
A sauna is half joinery and half plant. Because the cabin is cut in our own joinery and the chiller is built on our own line, the two are drawn to each other from the first sketch.

The pictures on this page are illustrations of the stages, not shots of a particular order; the real photographs of your order are sent to you at each stage.
From a drawing to numbered panels
The layout becomes cutting lists
The 3D layout is turned into panel sizes, bench sizes and a heater position, with every opening for glass, door and ventilation marked.
Timber is cut and fitted dry
Cedar or thermo-aspen is planed, tongue-and-groove cut and test-fitted in the workshop, so the first time the cabin stands is not on your site.
Glass is cut to the frame
Toughened glass panels are made to the final openings and handled on their own racks.
Every panel is numbered
Panels, benches and fittings carry numbers matching the assembly drawing, so a team on site builds from the drawing and not from guesswork.
Crated and photographed
Panels are wrapped, crated with foam corners and photographed; those photographs are what trigger the second instalment.

The chiller line
Chillers are built on our own line, in plain black casings with no markings, because a chiller belongs out of sight and does not need a brand on its face. Each is run on a test bench before dispatch. For the Gulf we specify the plant for heat: condenser size and coating, airflow, and a 60 Hz electrical build for Saudi Arabia. The reasoning is set out in chillers built for heat and in chiller sizing at 45 °C.

Heaters, glass and the parts we do not make
Heaters are Harvia, the Finnish maker, chosen for each cabin by volume and glass area. The glass is toughened safety glass cut to our openings. Pool shells, finishes and pumps are specified and supplied to the layout, and so are the steam generators of the hammam rooms and the jet pumps of the hot tubs. We do not make portable tent saunas, and we say so in the layout when a client has asked for one.
The temperature test is a gate, not a ceremony
On site, after installation, the cabin is brought to its working temperature, which takes about 40 minutes, and the cold pool is brought to its set point of 3–5 °C. Both are read and signed with you or your representative. The last 20% of the contract falls due only after that signature.
From order to delivery
| Stage | Typical duration |
|---|---|
| 3D layout and quote | up to 5 working days |
| Production in joinery and on the chiller line | 6 to 10 weeks |
| Freight and customs clearance to your site | planned to your delivery window and stated in the quote |
| Installation on site | up to 7 days |
| Temperature test and handover | when the cabin is hot and the pool is chilled; a first fill of a pool is chilled overnight |
Where is the workshop?
We do not publish a workshop address. Projects are run by message and video, and photographs of your order are sent at each stage.
Can I see my cabin before it ships?
Yes: photographs of the dry-fitted cabin and of the chiller are sent before shipping, and they are the milestone for the second instalment.
Do you make the heater?
No. Heaters are Harvia, selected for each cabin. We make the cabin and the chiller.
See your order take shape
Photographs of your cabin and your chiller reach you before anything ships
That is the point at which the second instalment falls due, not before.
One message starts the layout
Send a plan or three photographs of the space and say who will use it. The project desk answers with questions first, then a 3D layout and an indicative range.
