A heater-based dry sauna is our standard, with infrared panels as an optional addition. Tiled hammam steam rooms are a system of their own, built as a wet room with the generator in the plant space; this note explains the differences.

Heaters up to 4.5 kW can run on a single-phase circuit; larger heaters, and often the larger chillers, want three-phase. The layout lists the load per system.

Anyone with a heart or blood-pressure condition should ask a doctor first. Plunges are for adults, seated, for short stays; commercial pools need posted rules and trained staff.
